Bogus Reserver Ms. Joy del Rosario

This bogus reserver asked a private resort in Pansol, Calamba City, to book their resort for a 3 night stay last April 17, and demanded that the resort accept her payment only upon arrival, which is against the rules and policies of the resort originally.

However, because of her insistence, the private resort relented, and allowed her to fill out a reservation form, confirm her reservation, but pay only upon arrival. It is well known that resorts in Pansol require a deposit of some kind to secure reservations, specially during this peak season, due to the high volume of guests trying to book. But the private resort gave her a chance, and they regretted doing so.

On the date of actual check in, the resorts management has been contacting her non stop, but she refused to answer any of their calls. They were also sending sms and facebook messages to her, asking what time they will arrive. After more than 6 hours of contacting her, and already being 3 hours late from the time of her agreed check in, she texted them saying that she has decided not to push through with the reservation, and she blocked them on facebook and blocked them from calling her number.
